2021 Capital Improvements Project

The 2021 Capital Improvements Project for the West Genesee Central School District encompassed a comprehensive, multi-phase renovation program across multiple district buildings. Designed to modernize facilities and enhance the student experience, the project included a full pool renovation, installation of a new synthetic turf athletic field, extensive classroom upgrades, and significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system improvements. Exterior enhancements were also completed to improve building performance, safety, and overall campus aesthetics.

Through strategic phasing and coordination, the district was able to complete impactful upgrades while maintaining ongoing school operations, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
