Watchdog Building Partners was founded in 2005 with the vision to create a Construction Management firm that puts customer satisfaction and quality at the forefront.

The team at Watchdog Building Partners continues to operate with the same fundamental values that it was founded on; Integrity, Respect, Commitment, Quality, and Community. We are made up of highly motivated, multi-disciplined professionals who work closely together to ensure success from start to finish on Projects large and small. Our ability to take the guesswork out of the process and provide individual attention for our clients has earned us a notable amount of repeat business along with a growing client list.

We operate on 4 key elements that lead to a successful Project

  • Planning is a key to success in most aspects of life, especially when talking about Construction Projects. Planning must start early and incorporate things such as: strategic plans, programming, needs and opportunities of those using the space, health and safety (mentally and physically), efficiencies and cost savings.

  • Collaboration is the key to bringing all aspects of the Project together. Through collaboration, all Project team members gain an understanding of the owner’s objectives, the design intent and overall plan for executing construction.

  • Communication is key from design through close out. To effectively collaborate, communication among all parties must be a priority. Effective communication will lead to a Project scope that meets the needs of the clients and those using the space while staying within budget. Communication among the Project team, including contractors, will lead to a successful construction phase and close out.

  • To achieve a successful Project, the Project team must continuously monitor how effectively they are communicating and collaborating. In addition, during the construction phase, it is critical to monitor any concerns, needs, unforeseen conditions and market volatility and adjust accordingly to stay within budget, on schedule and assure quality.
