EXECUTIVE RESUMES

 With
over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Todd is
responsible for overseeing many construction projects from the onset
of design through construction closeout/warranty. As a Managing Partner,
he provides value by applying his practical installation experience
with his Electrical Engineering and M/E/P Construction Administration
experience. This approach allows him to steer Projects around many
of the costly obstacles encountered during construction.
He entered the construction industry as an Electrical Apprentice to
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union #86.
After completing his apprenticeship, he quickly became a General Superintendent
for one of the largest electrical firms in the Rochester area. Todd
continued to develop his experience and talents by accepting a position
at a Rochester based Engineering firm. Todd provided design services
for many commercial / industrial facilities and school districts throughout
New York State. His design involvement includes General Electrical
Renovations, Electrical Service Upgrades, Cogeneration Plants, Telecommunications,
Data Networks, Life Safety, Public Address, Intrusion Detection, Access
Control and CCTV Systems. His appointment as head of the Construction
Administration Department placed him with the responsibility for overseeing
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Communication Construction Projects
as well as providing Construction Management services for these and
/ or many design/build Projects.
