SERVICES: Watchdog Building Partners, LLC provided Construction Management Services for the $22 Million Dollar Capital Improvement Project at the Rush-Henrietta Central School District. The project included renovations and additions to both the Burger Middle School and Roth Middle School. Additions at Burger Middle School included multiple classrooms, New Administrative Suite, Library expansion, Gymnasium and Auditorium. Additions at the Roth Middle School included a new vestibule entrance and Cafeteria expansion. Extensive renovations and M/E/P upgrades took place through out both facilities.
