Lori
is a key individual in the success of Watchdog and has been since
the start of the company in 2005. Her business experience is invaluable
to Watchdog and their clients. She brings exceptional knowledge
of Financial Forecasting and Reporting, Human Resource Practices,
Marketing Concepts and Design, and an overall understanding of Business
Management.
She works closely with the Principals of Watchdog and Project Owners
to assist with the financial management of our Projects. Her experience
as a CPA allows for development of realistic cash flow reports and
forecasting as well as maintaining Project accounting records through
out all phases of a Project.
With the use of Timberline Software Financial reports are generated
from accurate accounting records. These reports provide necessary
information regarding the current financial status of a Project.
Her knowledge and experience is critical to mapping out the financial
success of a Project.
