Jack has 25 years of experience as a Supervisor, Project Manager and Administrator in the Construction Industry. The last 7 years have included K-12 construction, renovations and additions with a total cost of over $300 Million Dollars. Other Projects include construction and renovations to various fire stations, health care facilities, and medical research buildings.

Jack's experience began as a Foreman for a General Trade's Contractor while studying architectural design and construction management in college. Jack continued his career in construction as a General Trade's Superintendent and played an active role in providing Value Engineering for many unforeseen conditions typically found in renovation and new construction projects. As his career evolved, he joined a local developer as a Project Manager assigned to commercial, retail and banking construction. During this stage of his career, he learned the true meaning of "Time is Money" and the value of being cost efficient. In 1983 his background in architecture and years in contracting led him to accepting a position as Construction Administrator/General Manager with the largest architectural firm in Monroe County. Jack's involvement as a Construction Administrator has afforded him a great deal of experience in realistic scheduling, phasing, cost estimating and fundamental approaches necessary to properly execute and facilitate the construction process.
