SERVICES: Watchdog Building Partners provided Construction Management Services for the Horseheads Central School District's $15.3 Million Dollar Capital Improvement Project. This project included removing the roof and adding a second story to the existing stage house. The infrastructure around the Auditorium included State-of-the-Art theatrical light, sound, and data network systems. Renovations to the High School North, High School South, Middle School, Elementary School, and Bus Garage included Roof replacements, Emergency Generator replacements, Window replacements, Playground equipment, Sidewalk replacement, unit vent replacements, flooring abatement / replacement, VAV upgrades, and replacement of high voltage switch gear.
