GATES-CHILI CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT - PHASE IX
SERVICES: Watchdog provided Enhanced Clerking Services
for the $52 Million Dollar Phase IX Capital Improvement Project
at the Gates-Chili Central School District. The project included
renovations and additions to the High School, Middle School, and
Elementary Schools.
Extensive
renovation to the High School including a new front entrance,
with atrium, an 11,840 sq ft Library, and a Science wing with
new labs and Guidance and Career centers
Renovations
to the Middle School library and kitchen
Additions
to the Middle School including athletic rooms, a new covered walkway
and front entrance, and a new entrance to the main lobby
Infrastructure
and energy-saving improvements to the Middle School and the 5
Elementary Schools including roof repairs, lighting replacements,
installation of cogeneration equipment
